Return Policy

At Usigan Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Items should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. To start a return, contact us at usiganfitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. For damaged or incorrect items, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Some items, including clearance or final sale products, cannot be returned. Please check your order confirmation for any restrictions.
